This property in Carpenter Street Brighton we purchased in 1994 for under $400,000. Others had an opportunity but it was deemed too expensive. It was ugly. We bought it because it was prime Brighton land and cashflow positive from day one. We sold it in 2005 for 2.255 million at public auction.
